We manufacture Plate Type Demagnetizers that find their applications in the tool rooms for effectively removing surface residual magnetism from High Speed Steel, Spring Steel, and Die Steel etc. It uses the current that is very negligible and the unit can be operated with 220 volts, these are available in standard sizes ranging from W- 4-1/2" x 6", W-9"X 6" and W-4-1/2" x 12". In order to demagnetize the workplace, slide it slowly across the top plate at a low and constant speed or by moving it away from the center of the Tunnel. Similarly we can also demagnetize thick objects by applying both ends to the Demagnetizer. |

Magnetic Sweeper |

The magnetic sweepers that are manufacture and exported at Erich are very easy to clean and maintain. These sweepers are very light weight, highly maneuverable and operate at normal walking speed. It finds its applications in cleaning tramp iron, especially from the factory aisles, machine shops, drive ways, airports, parking lots, or any flat space, indoors or outdoors, etc. These magnetic sweepers are manufactured in different widths ranging from 300 mm, 450 mm, 600 mm, 750 mm and 900mm, with floor cleaning 50 mm. These are supplied with handle and two rubber roller bearing wheels and are available in a variety of colors. |

Electromagnetic Drill Stand |

Erich manufactures electromagnetic drill stands that have a special feature of a swerved positioner with a turning radius of 330 degrees. These drill stands are made using extraordinarily strong magnet base forged from special steel that holds the drilling unit safely in every working position. Its scale and pointer are easily readable and the holes can be drilled quickly to an accurate depth. Precision alignment at the tap can be obtained once the magnet has been turned on by the use of a handle. |
