Electromagnetic Pulley |
One of our products is electromagnetic pulley that is used as the head pulley of a belt conveyor or as drive pulley in a self contained pulley type separator, mainly used for removal of tramp iron. We offer these electromagnetic pulleys ranging from diameters of 250 to 1500mm and length up to 2000mm with direct current usually 110V or 220V. The coils used in this are made from aluminum or copper wires |

Permanent Magnetic Pulley |
The permanent magnetic pulley manufactured by us is made from a set of rolled milled steel pole shoes using high power rare earth metals like strontium ferrite. These magnets are covered with aluminum or stainless steel and are then bolted to heavy duty stainless steel flanges. These pulleys are available diameters from 250 to 1500mm and width up to 2000mm. It functions as drive pulley for the belt conveyor and at the same time provide effective, automatic and continuous removal of tramp metal from a material flow.

Electromagnetic Drums |
We also specialize in the manufacturing and delivery of electromagnetic drums that find their applications in various industries with diameters from 200 to 1000mm and length from 200 to 2000 mm. The coils used in these drums are made from aluminum or copper wires or strips with class 'H' insulation with direct current usually 110V or 220V. These electromagnetic drums are used for the purification of materials or extraction of iron from sand, carbon, glass, flours and chemicals.

Permanent Magnetic Drums |
Our permanent magnetic drums are in very high demands in the international markets; these are available in diameters from 200 to 1000mm and length from 200 to 2000 mm, manufactured from permanent ferrite or high power rare earth magnets. Our magnetic drums find their applications in a number of industries like for purification of materials or extraction of iron from sand, carbon, glass, flours and chemicals, etc. |

Permanent Plate Magnets |
Our permanent plate magnets are available in different sizes ranging from 4 to 60 inches (102 to 1524 mm) width and are available in ferrite and high power rare earth magnetic materials. We offer plate magnets that are powerful, dependable and economical and provide protection against the danger of fine iron and tramp iron. These plate magnets can be installed in spouts, ducts, feed table and housings as well as suspension over non-magnetic screens, conveyors etc. |

Magnetic Tubes & Grids |
We offer magnetic grids in many shapes like round, rectangular as well as square, while magnetic tubes are made as per customer’s specification. Permanent Magnetic Tubes & Grids manufactured and exported by Erich are designed primarily for hoppers for the extraction of ferrous metals from free flowing materials such as plastics, foodgrains and minerals. Manufactured to any size or shape these magnetic tubes and grids are simply placed in the hopper to rest against the sides thus allowing the materials to flow through the grid. |
Suspended Magnets |
Our Suspension magnets are manufactured using Anisotropic Strontium ferrite magnets that use best quality stainless steel to prevent them from damage or breakage. These suspended magnets are available in any width of conveyor; require no rectifier or wiring and its installation cost is minimum and operating cost is nil. As the product on a conveyor belt flows under the powerful magnetic field, ferrous material is pulled out of the product flow and held to the face of the magnet.
These magnets use coils that are made from aluminum or copper double fiber glass and are also provided with a control panel.

Over Band Magnetic Seperator |
Overband Magnetic Separator (OBMS) manufactured by Erich are normally installed over a belt conveyor carrying a higher percentage of tramp iron with a reasonably consistent distribution that is available in two types Inline and Cross Belt.
These standard conveyor drive features an electric motor coupled to reduction gear box with final drive being either directly coupled or through chain and sprockets. These separators basically consist of a belt conveyor into which it is fitted and the trapped iron remains on the belt surface which takes it beyond the magnetic field and discharges it into a chute.
These are available for various sizes of conveyor belt and operating height. |
